How I approach my work?


Building product from consept to release is curly process. In my design I use the human centric and value sensitive design approach.I believe in strong team work and iterative process where everybody contributes to the product definition.
My role is to guide, listen and iterate and bring the users voice to the product creation.

The proses varies from project to project but usually the common pattern is following

First I sit down with all stakeholders to have overview of the available material. I analyze user goals, needs and values and based on that knowledge I write the possible scenario focusing on what the product should do so that the target user group would love to use it.

I will use my secret wepon to apply any design methods needed from the book Universal Methods of Design: 100 Ways to Research Complex Problems, Develop Innovative Ideas, and Design Effective Solutions.

I use Jobs to Be Done frame work to define the use cases that are truly valuable for user in order to define the core experience for the product.

I work closely with user researchers to define the use cases that are truly valuable for users, thereby establishing the core experience for the product.

Then I build the prototype and will face the real world alone or with the user researcher to find out what users really are thinking about it…and probably we find out that the reality is bit different what we where imagining...

Testing the prototype alone or with the user researcher to find out what users really are thinking about it... and probably we'll find out that reality is a bit different from what we were imagining.

But no worries, I will help to adjust dreams to the reality and shape the products to perfect for the users by testing the key screen flow we modify ideas iteratively.

I guide all the stakeholders from visual designer, developers to PM’s during the product development and bring the user point of view into to the product.
